The second Play2Give evening was held in October 2010 and raised £320.

The fundraising party, held at the Bowyer Arms, Radley, was organised with Andrew by Alison Russell and Alison Stone, of which both the Children's Hospital and Footsteps Foundation both benefited.

The two charities both received £160 in Play2Give's 2010 year. Footsteps provides intensive innovative physiotherapy to children and young adults with neurological disorders, such as cerebral palsy, and is based in Dorchester-on-Thames.  The money raised for the Children's Hospital supported its Fund for Children, helping fund specialist medical equipment, toys and sensory items, that only fundraising pays for.
