About the event
Join the Play2Give Heroes as we take part in this year’s OX5 RUN at the beautiful Blenheim Palace grounds as we strive to raise big smiles by five miles for poorly children in hospital
The OX5 RUN is the Oxford Children’s Hospital Charity’s annual five-mile fun run and all at the iconic surroundings of the world heritage site, Blenheim Palace.
Once again we are limbering up a team of superheroes to take part by walking, running, jogging or even cartwheeling round the five-mile course. The OX5 RUN is the Children’s Hospital’s biggest fundraising event of the year raising funds to provide support to not just the Children’s Hospital but children’s services all across the Oxford University Hospitals including children’s intensive care unit, emergency areas and the Horton General Children’s Ward in Banbury.
Over the years our teams have helped to add thousands of pounds over many miles through pounding the pavements of the iconic stately home in Woodstock, and have seen the likes of Batman, Robin, Mr Incredible, Supergirl and Captain America join us.
Be part of P2G Heroes and do something special on an early wake up call of a Sunday and join in for a day of fun, making magical memories and helping to raise funds for our amazing Oxford Children’s Hospital.
Register here and search Play2Give to join our team. If you sign up early (by 31st January) you will receive the early bird rates: £29 per adult (16+) and £16 per child (10-16), and if you sign up to be part of P2G Heroes by 31st January you will also receive a free OX5 RUN T-shirt too.
