About the event

Our gala ball returns for another year, and once again at the stunning surroundings of the beautiful Milton Hill House Hotel.

Join us for a fun filled dazzling night of fundraising and entertainment on Saturday 28th September 2024.

Evening includes:

  •  A sparkling red-carpet drinks reception
  • 3-course meal (we will email you to confirm your menu selection, once available)
  • Photobooth
  • Magician
  • Charity Auction, Raffle and Live entertainment with singer, Albie J

Roll out the red carpet, put on your finest frocks and suits and your dancing shoes, and come and celebrate and party with us!

With live entertainment, 3-course meal, disco and more, this is our way of celebrating and giving thanks to our amazing volunteers, trustees and supporters for their tireless commitment and support, as well as celebrating all the great we do in changing, transforming, and saving lives across Oxfordshire. Help us raise much needed funds for our charity to benefit our chosen causes that the gala occasion this year will be benefiting.  Oxford Children’s Hospital, Oxford Head Injury Services and Sobell House are among those who will receive funds from the profits raised.

This year’s gala will be a license to thrill as our black and white/007 themed ball will take place on Saturday 28th September at the stunning setting of Milton Hill House.

Time: 6pm | Sparkling reception | Carriages at 12am

Ticket price: £60 per person (deposits of £30 pp can be made in advance)

You can book 12 guests per table for each booking, but there is no limit to the number of tables you can book as an individual, although we are limited on space and for anyone with less than 12 we will seat you with a group.

Our balls are always sell-out occasions, and sell out in record time, so be sure to get in quick to guarantee your seat!

Special dietary alternative: The hotel catering team will arrange a gluten/dairy free option if required, and if you have any further dietary requirements please contact us

The Milton Hill House will be offering rooms at discounted prices for our guests, with a private code provided to us, so for anyone wishing to book in to stay overnight, please get in touch so we can provide you with the code, so that you gain a special discount on your booking. Room reservations with the code can be made by contacting the hotel by phone directly.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?  18 years old

Do I have to pay for my ticket in full or is there a deposit scheme? Yes, you can pay either the full ticket price in full or you can pay a deposit (£30 per person) at time of booking, with the outstanding balance paid by 6th September.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is free parking available at the venue (vehicles are left at owners risk)

Dress Code: Black-Tie – Anything from your favourite party frock to a ball gown, suits or dinner jackets ideally to match the theme

Am I able to choose my own menu choice? Yes, there will be a menu provided by the hotel to us which we will be provide with options to starters, main and dessert, and these must be provided at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.
