It is National Volunteers Week 2023
From 1st-7th June this national celebration of volunteers across the UK takes place, and we are celebrating, like the entire nation, our very own wonderful volunteers who make an invaluable contribution to our charity all year round every day.
We want to thank all our volunteers from the bottom of our hearts for all their hard work, dedication and support in so many ways, from volunteering on our stalls, helping to organise and set up at events, preparing tombola prizes, administration, and behind the scenes to serving on our Trustees board the list is endless and goes on.
We are immensely grateful and so thankful for the time all of our loyal and committed volunteers give up to help our little charity.
It is only thanks to our team of volunteers that our charity is so successful, and makes P2G so special helping in our work and mission of changing, transforming, and saving lives across Oxfordshire and beyond.
Last Monday is a prime example of how brilliant our volunteers are, coming together to help make a positive difference on the lives of others in our local community, as many of gave up their bank holiday Monday over several hours to help out on our stall at this year’s Harwell Feast, helping us to raise a phenomenal ÂŁ722.94!
