🎉🌟 Celebrating our Volunteers! 🌟🎉
As this year’s national Volunteers Week for 2026 draws to a close today, we take this moment to thank all of the amazing volunteers who do so much to help our charity – in so many ways
The annual Volunteers Week celebrates the contribution millions of people make across the United Kingdom through volunteering in their communities, and we might be biased but our team of volunteers are the very best
We are always proud of our volunteers, for going above and beyond every day all year round for our charity.
Whether it’s volunteering on a stall, to preparing prizes, preparation for events, counting, sorting and boxing thousands of Easter eggs or Sleigh2Give gifts, organising or helping with an event, marketing and website support, to admin, or taking part in an event or challenge or being a trustee and utilsing their skills and experience in this way – these are just some of the many ways our fabulous superstars help and our tiny charity – with no paid staff at all – would be a lot less
It’s time to celebrate and give a big shout out to our incredible volunteers, both past and present, and all who continue to shape P2G as we head into a big milestone year of two decades in 2027
The dedication, energy and the loyal support in so many ways from our volunteers means we can continue to make a real difference in our communities. They are our superheroes
With their help, dedication and commitment we are able to keep on ‘changing, transforming and saving lives’ across Oxfordshire and beyond.
We extend a great big thank you, and to all the fabulous volunteers across the UK who give so much to help a wide range of charities
So let’s raise a toast and celebrate our everyday heroes during Volunteers’ Week!
