Play2Give volunteers shortlisted in Didcot Town Awards 🌟
At P2G we have amazing volunteers all round who work hard for the charity, and helping us in changing, transforming, and saving lives all year round through giving their time and dedication to helping the cause.
In just a few short weeks, the 2024 Didcot Town Council Awards will take place, and we are delighted and proud to have several nominees being recognised for their outstanding commitment and dedication.
Congratulations to the following members of the team who have been selected in making the shortlist this year:
David & Linda – John Eldridge Award for Voluntary Service
Harry – Young Person Award
Christopher Coates, otherwise known as Didcot Santa – Service with a Smile & Unsung Hero
We wish them all the very best of luck and our hugest congratulations for being nominated.
The awards evening, host by the Didcot Mayor Cllr Andrew Jones, takes place on Saturday, March 15th, when winners in several categories will be announced.
Regardless of the results, they are all winners and are everyday P2G Heroes, as are all of our tremendous supporters, trustees, and volunteers. They are all deserving.
We are also thrilled to see several of our supporters and partners also shortlisted including Angels Performing Arts and Step In Time School of Performing Arts both up for the artistic award, Rachael of Boundary Park and Berro Lounge both in for service with a smile, James Gesner and Tesco Didcot Superstore community champions Becci and Elaine and Anna Gatrell who is up for a lifetime award.
