Easter dose of generosity to some special Wallingford families in need
Thank you to you, our amazing community of supporters, who have contributed so far to our sixth Easter Egg Appeal this year, as yesterday (Monday) we was eggstatic to make our first official physical handover to one of our eggstraordinary beneficiaries.
40 eggs – many donated at our donation box in Cornerstone Arts Centre in Didcot collected earlier this month – were delivered by Dave and Linda to Keeley, manager at the Wigod Way Wallingford Family Centre.
We first supported Wigod Way last Christmas with many toy donations thanks to donations raised by our Sleigh2Give appeal, so it is a pleasure to continue our support to ensure families in need and facing difficult times, and at this time with chocolate delights to brighten children’s lives.
Thank you to everyone who has donated so generously to our 2026 Easter Appeal so far, helping to make such donations as these possible, and next week hundreds of eggs will be delivered to patients and families at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Sobell House and to brain injury warriors at Oxford Head Injury Services
We are egg-normously grateful π«Άπ°π£ π
