Tremendous haul of toys to Thomley

Published: 2nd April 2021

Today was a feelgood Friday, as we gave more gifts out, this time to the tremendous Thomley charity.

Andy handed over the haul of all new toys, games, books, lego, soft toys and more, to Sarah whose daughter Alison and son Matthew benefit as service users under this incredible charity based in Buckinghamshire.

The donations were raised as part of our sixth “Sleigh2Give” Christmas drive late last year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our local community and supporters who so kindly provided such amazing donations as part of our annual festive gift appeal.

Thomley, with an excellent range of fully-accessible facilities, is a place for babies children and all of ages with disabilities including support for carers and families including respite.

They are incredible day by day, and we are delighted to have provided these donations which are for sure bound to spread “cheer, joy and smiles”.

A big bulk of these gifts will also go to the Maple Tree Children and Family Centre in Oxford, which provides sensory therapy to babies and children and again support to carers and families.

We continue to thank you, our wonderful community and supporters every day, for all your ongoing amazing support, kindness and love to all that we do in “changing, transforming and saving lives” across Oxfordshire and beyond.
