🎯 Volunteer Opportunity: Outreach and Engagement Assistant
Do you enjoy connecting with people and spotting opportunities? As our Outreach & Engagement Assistant, you’ll help expand Play2Give’s network of supporters, sponsors, and collaborators. This behind-the-scenes role is all about building relationships that drive our mission forward and strengthen our community impact.
📝 What you’ll do
• Research potential business and community partners
• Draft outreach emails, proposals, and thank-you messages
• Maintain and update contact lists and partnership records
• Support the preparation of presentations and information packs
• Assist with follow-ups and relationship tracking
• Contribute ideas for new collaborations and fundraising leads
💡 What you’ll bring
• Interest in business development, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good written communication with a friendly, professional tone
• Confidence using email and basic spreadsheets
• A proactive attitude and commitment to teamwork
⏰ Flexible commitment: 2–4 hours/week
